Kevin Patrick Shields is an Irish musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer, who achieved international fame as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter of the alternative rock band My Bloody Valentine. Their studio albums Isn't Anything and Loveless established Shields as a pioneering figure in the shoegaze genre.
