Frankie Ryan Manriquez is an American former actor. He is best known for his role as Wayne in Higglytown Heroes, William in That's So Raven and his dub role as Benny the Ball in Top Cat, starting in 2006. After the movie The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry, Manriquez quit his acting career.
