J.R. Villarreal

J.R. Villarreal is an American actor, producer, and second-line director, best known for his roles as Javier in 2006 film Akeelah and the Bee, Black Scorpion on the Disney Channel action-comedy series Ultra Violet& Black Scorpion, and Tio Tonio on Netflix's On My Block-spinoff series Freeridge.

No Man's Land

The lives of two CSIs are put in danger when Horatio's old enemy, Clavo Cruz, returns on part one of a two-part episode. When a truck full of confiscated weapons is hijacked and the weapons are released back into the public, Horatio links the crime to Clavo, a man he put away for murder years ago. But on the day of Clavo's arraignment, a confiscated missile is launched into the courthouse to aid his escape, with Alexx inside. As the team tries to find Clavo and put him away for good, another member of Horatio's team is fatally shot.
