A bar owner by day and a deadly weapon by night? Baek Shi Yoon (Park Shi Hoo) is a highly trained former secret agent. He left behind his life of espionage after serving three years in prison for a failed mission in Macau that resulted in the death of a colleague. He buys a small bar called Neighborhood with business partner Bae Jung Yeon (Kwon Yuri) and settles into a low-key life of catering to his regular customers, many of whom happen to be former intelligence officers like Shi Yoon. When Shi Yoon meets Choi Chan Gyu (Lee Soo Hyuk), he recognizes Chan Gyu’s athletic ability. Chan Gyu works part-time for Im Tae Ho (Jo Sung Ha), a police officer who secretly runs a subcontracting company to pay off his family’s debts. When Chan Gyu learns that Shi Yoon is the mysterious man known as “Shadow” who has been helping local victims of crime, he convinces Shi Yoon to help train him to become an elite secret agent.
