A ghost attacks the royal palace and the Crown Prince, and King Haejong must save his son.

Yoha gets captured by the dragon clan again and heals Sadam; the king returns to the palace and starts to act weird due to the demon put by Yoha.

After the funeral of Rin's parents, he gets kicked out of the palace to live outside; 12 years later, the ghost of Rin's followers return to watch over him.

Rin meets with Toha and gets thrown to the ground after he lets her out of the cage; Rin goes to beg the king to take back his order to put Rin at the shrine.

When testing to pick the shamans of the shrine begins, Toha finds out that Rin is in charge of the testing; the king finds out from Sadam that Rin can see ghosts.

As Rin is waiting to be released from the palace to go back home, an assassin attacks him and tries to kill him; when he escapes, Toha hides him at the restaurant where she is staying at.
