An ancient time, where a mysterious plague is spreading and many people lose their lives... Yoshihiko, an earnest and pure young man, is chosen as the hero who should set out on a journey to save the village. There are two objectives: to bring medicinal herbs back to the village to cure the plague; and to save his father Teruhiko, who never returned from his journey.
