미니카를 좋아하는 초등학생 나찬은 비밀스러운 전학생인 이소벨을 뒤쫓던 중 메카니멀이라 불리는 살아있는 미니카를 만나게 된다. 트라이포스라는 다른 세계에서 온 이소벨은 지구에 흩어진 모든 메카니멀들을 봉인하려 한다. 한편, 레드홀의 리안은 메카니멀을 활용하여 고향을 재건하려 하고, 블랙미러의 반다인과 도깨비단은 메카니멀을 모아 세계를 정복하려 한다.

Jason wants to get Evan back and starts finding other Mecanimals to help him battle. Meanwhile, the clash of Blue Land versus Red Hall continues as F1 Shuma and Alta battle.

Getting My Partner Back!
After finding Phoenix at the top of Gwanak Mountain, Jason must now catch him if they are to be friends. Sounds easier than it looks but Jason catches Phoenix. Now he has a Mecanimal to use in battle against Ryan.
EPISODE 5
Battle in the Cave
There's news that Tanatos, Evan's brother, is hiding in the Manhak cave. Jason and Phoenix head straight for it to rescue him. Not far behind are Juliette, Kevin and Brandon.
