Between Borders

Seventeen-year-old Bella French is surrounded by journalists. With immigration along our southern border becoming such a contentious issue, she felt that with all the voices and all the political agendas, a perspective, maybe a perspective as important as any, was missing… that of kids like herself. Along with a team of journalists they set off for the “most dangerous city in the world” to give a voice to a population that has been both misunderstood and not heard from. There, she finds youth her age and younger, facing things she can’t even imagine. She hears their stories, the stories of their families and documents the terrible things they have fled from and have found in Mexico and at the border.
