That Darn Cat!

A Siamese cat picks up the only clue to a bank robbery when a kidnapped bank clerk slips her wristwatch around his neck. The cat then finds himself being followed by FBI agent Zeke Kelso, who is given the runaround in an effort to lead him to the villains.
