Avid inventor Harley is all set to accept a community award, but must first devise a way to get her family out of the house and to the ceremony on time.

Rachel's boyfriend Cuff makes himself at home in the Diaz house, and Harley plots to get him out of there.

The parents go away for the weekend, leaving Harley and her siblings to their own devices. Rachel tries to make her friends jealous with Harley's help.

The Bait and Bite has been robbed and the kids use their resources to try to identify why it happened. However, they all learn later that Harley was in fact to blame for the incident.
