Meanwhile, after learning that DeVoe is targeting everyone who was on the bus, Ralph decides he doesn't want to be a hero anymore - his only concern is staying alive. And Harry offers to help Joe.

Chloe encourages June to become sexually empowered and engage in a casual encounter with a cute guy who comes into the coffee shop. However, Chloe's own sexual history catches up with her when June donates a load of old junk from the flat to her church rummage sale. June has inadvertently given away James and Chloe's old sex tape, which immediately finds its way to a video distribution company.

Cisco (Carlos Valdes) is shocked when Gypsy (recurring guest star JESSICA CAMACHO) and her father, Breacher (guest star DANNY TREJO), show up on Earth-1. Felicity Smoak (guest star EMILY BETT RICKARDS) comes to Central City to help the girls celebrate Iris's bachelorette party, while Cisco, Joe and the guys take Barry out for a night on the town.

When collectors of Native American artifacts are attacked by a meta named Mina Chayton (guest star CHELSEA KURTZ) who can bring inanimate objects to life, Barry turns to a surprising ally for help. Determined to crack the identity of The Thinker, Harry enlists Cisco's help to summon the ultimate think tank: "The Council of Wells" - a roundtable of the brightest Harrison Wells' from various Earths.
