JD accepts a job offer at another hospital so that he can be closer to Kim and his son but is distracted by the Chief of Medicine's surname. Dr Cox seems ecstatic to hear that JD's leaving but his real feelings soon slip out in conversation, and Turk begins his new role as chief of surgery.
