Deep In Love

Eleni discovers a letter left by her late father that completely changes her understanding of who she is. The only clue about her biological family is that her birth mother came from a village called Fortuna.

The tension between Eleni and the surgeon Oruch following Adel's operation. Eleni confronts Oruch, accusing him of wanting the patient to die, while he mocks her.

After the attack, Eleni insists on treating Adel, but he refuses to go to the hospital, fearing that it could lead to Asma's arrest. Instead, he asks Eleni to treat him at home.

Authorities prevent members of the Kochari family from entering the village and arrest several of them, further escalating the long-standing feud and increasing the risk of violent conflict.

While Sefjan tries to appear happy, she grows increasingly jealous of Oruch's interest in Eleni, and her family encourages her to keep a close watch on him and prevent any other woman from coming between them.

The conflict between the Kochari and Fortuna families as tensions rise after their previous confrontations. The rivalry between Adel and Oruch grows stronger, leading to another direct clash between them.
