The three remaining queens must outshine each other in the final drag showdown of national costume, Dragdagulan in swimwear, long gown, and of course, the question and answer.

Manila Luzon, Nicole Cordovez and Sassa Gurl are back on stage. Ten drag queens from the Philippines, with diverse backgrounds and styles, are in the spotlight, each competing for the coveted title of Drag Supreme.

The seven remaining queens transform into their own anime and alien characters and muster all their strength to stay in the competition.

The queens relive their fantasies on campus as Miss Intramurals and Prom Queen, exposing their souls and struggles as gay students at the time. The cartel decides to team up with Andrea Brillantes.

Five queens remain in the semi-finals, and they present their advocacies wearing statement swimsuits. Later, they compete in a "Bekscussion" challenge where they need to speak up about various topics.
