My Day At the Races

S5 E3: J.D. struggles with turning 30, while Turk tries to make a good impression on the higher-ups - While planning his birthday fiesta, J.D. (Zach Braff) finds a list of things he wanted to accomplish before he turned 30. When he discovers he has accomplished none of them, he enters a triathlon. Meanwhile, Elliot (Sarah Chalke), in an effort to break her boyfriend out of his shell, discovers a side of him that freaks her out. Back at Sacred Heart, in an attempt to be promoted, Turk (Donald Faison) is working hard to impress his bosses and takes on a patient who wants to be hypnotized during surgery rather than using anesthesia. John C. McGinley, Judy Reyes, Ken Jenkins and Neil Flynn also star.
