The camera follows Paolo, an unemployed writer preparing his first novel. Between fights with his girlfriend Maria and unexpected encounter with a friend from school, Francesco, he will soon find himself involved in an unexpected trio. The daring bet of shooting in one longtake gives the movie a particularly hypnotic quality.
