At the Vampire Authority headquarters, Bill and Eric become acquainted with the Authority's interrogation techniques. Fearing Russell's return, Sookie procures a home-protection system.

Russell is captured and locked up at the Authority, where Roman decides that he will execute immediately. Pam stops a fight between Tara and Jessica, and Sookie learns the truth from Jason about the death of their parents.
