Rachel's job prevents her from celebrating her anniversary with Ross. Wanting more time to focus on her new job, she suggests the two take a break from their relationship. Convinced that Rachel has dumped him for one of her workmates, Ross hooks up with a woman from the copy shop that Joey and Chandler have been after.
