Valerie and Duff challenge the remaining 10 bakers to create desserts that look like sandwiches.

The remaining eight bakers must make 12 cupcakes based on a character from the film, The Angry Birds Movie 2. Then they team up to build an edible island.

The seven young bakers are challenged to make giant doughnut cakes, and are assigned flavours like strawberry and maple.
