Karen Cries on the Bus

Frustrated by the state of her marriage, Karen (Angela Carrizosa) leaves her husband of 10 years and braves the city of Bogota on her own. With little money and few marketable skills, Karen has a difficult time getting by at first, but in time she meets a young hairdresser named Patricia (Maria Angélica Sanchez Parra) who helps bolster her confidence. While making strides toward her independence, Karen experiences some setbacks, but the enriching process of self-discovery far outweighs any of these obstacles.
