The Cat and the Canary

An eccentric millionaire's relatives gather at his eerie Louisiana bayou mansion for a reading of his will. They learn that one of them will inherit everything, if niece and sole heir Joyce Norman goes insane within 30 days. Timid cousin Wally Campbell vows to protect Joyce, who must spend the night in the haunted mansion with jealous relatives, a creepy maid, and a homicidal sanitarium escapee.
