Live and Become

In 1984, an Ethiopian boy is airlifted from a Sudanese refugee camp to Israel during Operation Moses. Renamed Shlomo, he hides two big secrets: he is neither a Jew nor an orphan, just an African boy trying to honor his mother's parting request that he go, live, and become. Sustained by the love of his birth mother and his adoptive mother, he finds an identity and a happiness all his own.
