Dead Heat On a Merry-Go-Round

A con man gets himself an early parole from prison by seducing the female psychologist. Once out, he immediately sets into motion a plan to rob the bank at Los Angeles International Airport. He plans the heist to take place during the arrival of the Russian premier, when all the security forces will be concentrated on the visiting dignitary.
