Sophia manages to get tickets for the ladies to be contestants on their favorite game show, "Grab That Dough." Enroute to California, the airlines lose their luggage and are forced to sleep in the lobby of the hotel that "lost" their room reservations. To top it off, their purses get stolen. Arriving on the set, Blanche and Dorothy team up with the Kaplan Brothers, returning Jeopardy champions, because Rose and Sophia are "dead weight." To their surprise, Rose and Sophia answer all the questions correctly. Dorothy wins a chance to "grab the dough" and Blanche offers to trade the dough for what's behind window number three -- an electric skillet. The ladies arrive home empty-handed and tired.

When Nic finds herself under investigation in Lily's death, Conrad comes to her defense; Bell's patient accidentally catches fire; Devon deals with a series of ER patients, including a hypochondriac who he fears could end up under Lane's care.

Dr. Campbell attends an anti-mutant summit, attempting to take the Hound program national; some of the team at Mutant HQ goes on a dangerous mission to stop him.

Polaris learns more about her past; Mutant HQ comes under attack.
