A tornado hits the Gourmet Festival, leaving Kaba and others as victims; a mysterious individual hacks into the 24th Ward network and leaves a cryptic message.

A bomb is hidden on a cruise ship by terrorists; RGB has the choice of saving the hostages or going after the terrorists.

Under the Green Flower
Kunai is shot to stop the terrorist attack; SARG goes after the leader of DoRed, Ran.
