Back in high school, Mu-chul, Dae-sik and Gyu-tae swore eternal friendship as Cheonha Trio; fast forward 42 years, Mu-chul is a rich but stingy real estate investor while Gyu-tae and Dae-sik run their own businesses in one of Mu-chul's buildings.

Dae-sik and Hye-sook are upset that Mu-chul let another fried chicken joint open in the building; Mu-chul suddenly announces that he wants to raise the rent and the security deposit; the stock Tae-ha owns suddenly starts to drop.
