The chefs purchase fresh seafood in Italy, as tensions grow; Alex and Gabe make the captains choose one teammate to join them as they visit an Italian butcher shop that inspires a fiery grilling challenge.

Two team captains join Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini on a visit to a 1,000-year-old cheese cave; after an invaluable cheese tasting, the two leaders purchase their main ingredients before they are given the details of the challenge.
