Isolated teenager Johanna comes under suspicion when her only friend in a small island community is murdered. Can she clear her name?

Johanna's father, Reijo, and Aapo's mother Heikki, are interrogated by the police. Johanna is being threatened by locals and she stays at Eila's foster home Pikkurautio while Reijo is in custody.

Johanna lies to the police and steals Aapo's game book for possible clues. She decides to play his final game through. Heikki is struggling to cope. Johanna finds a bloody knife in Reijo's ship.

Tuomas tells detective Penttinen that Johanna stole Aapo's game book. The Rajaluoto family have another sad loss. Johanna keeps playing the game and gets in more trouble with the locals.

Penttinen is removed from the case but continues with Aapo's last game. Riipi is given leadership of the investigation. Johanna moves to Pikkurautio foster home.

Penttinen finally understands Aapo's clues from the gamebook, while Pinja and Johanna desperately need help.
