Alberto has assumed that he will never be able to fulfill the dream of his life, to be a private detective. He never imagined that the one who would help him achieve it would be Max, a talking dog.

In Salva's absence, Alberto assumes the fatherly role and takes Raul to an animal shelter, where they see Facu perform, a parrot that belongs to an endangered species and is kidnapped just at that moment.

Marta refuses to accept that Alberto is not going to return home, but she receives a notice from the bank for non-payment of the mortgage. Marta has taken all her savings.

Alberto and Max's new case is the most sinister they have faced to date. Every night, a mysterious figure tries to open the tombstone of a baby, who died as soon as he was born. Who could do something like that? The answer is the one that Alberto least expects, it is the boy's mother, who assures that this body is not that of her son, but that it was stolen after the birth and is still alive.

A childhood friend of Alberto's hires him to investigate his wife's infidelity. Shortly after, he is found murdered, and the police consider Alberto to be the main suspect.

Alberto and Max are hired to investigate a series of robberies at a luxury hotel. Raúl is convinced that he has heard Max speak, and he sets out to prove it.
