Playa Soledad

To get her dream job, Helen returns to her hometown. She wants to convince the only person who has not yet sold his land to the company where she works. This person is her father, whom she hasn't seen for 20 years.

After taking over Luis' land, Helen returns triumphantly to Madrid, only to discover that it has all been a vile deception orchestrated by Emiliano, whose only intention is to destroy Playa Soledad completely.

Helen and Luis go in search of a vaquita, an endangered animal that would ensure the protection of Playa Soledad. Helen remembers them from her childhood; what Luis does not dare confess to her is that their existence was his invention.

Ten villagers, one assembly. And now, thanks to Rafael's sudden arrival in Playa Soledad, two suitors between whom Helen must choose: her longtime boyfriend, or the muscular, friendly and extraordinary cook Mateo.

Helen goes out to paint the town's facades with Rafael's help and the afternoon ends in a reconciliation. Meanwhile, Mateo loses a cooking challenge to Luis.

While Helen struggles to complete all the necessary paperwork to apply for Playa Soledad as a Unique Town, Mateo visits a place from his past that restores his confidence in his culinary skills.
