Martin Thompson
Martin Thompson was an actor who graced the silver screen many times throughout his Hollywood career. He started his entertainment career producing films, including the Sharon Parker drama "The Silent Twins" (1985), "Blunt" (1986) with Ian Richardson and "Death of a Son" (1988). Along with producing, Thompson found success when he acted in the James Belushi comedic fantasy "Mr. Destiny" (1990) and "Billy Bathgate" (1991) with Dustin Hoffman. In the early 2000s, Thompson devoted his time to various credits, such as "Criminal Minds" (CBS, 2005-), "The Human Spider" (BBC, 2007-08) and "Mermaid Girl" (Discovery Channel, 2008-09). He also worked on "NCIS: Los Angeles" (CBS, 2009-) and "Ramsay's Great British Nightmare" (BBC, 2009-2010). Thompson focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Ivana Baquero thrilling adaptation "The New Daughter" (2009), the dramatic adaptation "Blood Done Sign My Name" (2010) with Nate Parker and the Jane Seymour drama "Lake Effects" (2012). He also appeared in the comedy "Wanderlust" (2012) with Paul Rudd. Thompson most recently acted on "Scorpion" (CBS, 2014-).
