When Oliver encounters a mysterious woman, Helena Bertinelli (guest star JESSICA DeGOUW), daughter of mob boss Frank Bertinelli (guest star JEFFREY NORDLING), he feels he can finally be himself – but soon comes to realize she’s hiding dangerous secrets of her own.
