Joel Torre

Joel Torre was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. At the beginning of his acting career, Torre landed roles in action flicks like "McBain" (1991). He also appeared in the TV movie "DNA" (HBO, 1996-97). He kept working in film throughout the nineties and the 2010s, starring in "Jose Rizal" (1999), the drama "Anak" (2000) with Vilma Santos and the Klaudia Koronel drama "Hubad sa Ilalim ng Buwan" (2000). He also appeared in the Judy Ann Santos period drama "Ploning" (2008), "Amigo" (2011) and the Jeremy Renner blockbuster action film "The Bourne Legacy" (2012). Most recently, Torre acted in the crime feature "On the Job" (2013) with Piolo Pascual.
