An elimination determines the top 10; guest chef Rick Stein explains the theme for the challenge is travel; the chefs must transport Rick and the judges to a special place.

With a spot in the top five up for grabs, immunity at this stage of the competition has never been more crucial.

The top 10 enter the kitchen for a mystery box challenge and discover it is immunity week; they are presented with the Everything Box and must use every ingredient in their dish.

The top 12 walk in to smoking mystery boxes, and Dave Pynt from Burnt Ends Singapore is the guest judge; the challenge is not about ingredients, but creating a dish incorporating a burnt element.
