Billa 2

A prequel to the 2007 film "Billa," "Billa 2" shows the transformation of a Sri Lankan Tamil refugee, David Billa, to the most feared underworld don. While corruption and bureaucracy take away his innocence and push him into the world of arms and drugs, his life gets worse when his friends from the underworld also turn out to be untrustworthy.
