Conchita Campbell

A Vancouver native, Conchita Campbell got her start in acting at the young age of eight. In 2003, she landed a guest-starring role on the Canadian crime series "Just Cause" and followed that up with a small role in the film "Wilder Days," which also starred "Columbo" actor Peter Falk. For the next two years, Campbell bounced around from one small role to the next in both movies and TV, including the Canadian procedural drama "Cold Squad" and the thriller "Pursued," in which she co-starred with Christian Slater. A ray of hope began to shine on Campbell's career in '04, when she was cast as Maia Skouris, a child with psychic powers, on the sci-fi series "The 4400." The success of that show put Campbell in the attention of Shawn and Marlon Wayans, who ultimately cast her as one of the child leads in their '06 comedy, "Scary Movie 4."
