Martin Johnsrud Sundby is going to help six celebrities get fit. Martin lays down a gruelling exercise program for the next 16 weeks.

There is almost only one month left of 16 weeks of hell. Martin has therefore invited the participants to a cozy training camp.

The six contestants are starting to feel the new daily routine with a strict diet and hard exercise. Jonathan impresses Martin, Steffen has back pain.

Day 112 of 112 is finally here! Martin whips them through a final workout before they are placed on the scale and the final results are revealed.

Two months have passed since the contestants completed the challenging regime of exercise and diet. They meet again in Jonathan's restaurant.

With only a few weeks to go, Martin checks to see if they've reached their goals. He has a surprise for Jenny who loves to dance.
