Moshe Kasher

A familiar face to standup comedy fans, Moshe Kasher was born in Queens. Relocating with his mother and brother to Oakland when he was still a baby, Kasher spent his youth struggling with substance abuse. By 16 however, he was sober and ready to turn over a new leaf. On the advice of longtime friend and fellow comedian Chelsea Peretti, he attended an open mic and discovered his talent for stand-up comedy. He began performing at venues such as The Punch Line and Cobb's Comedy Club, and relocated to Los Angeles in 2008. By the following year, Kasher was performing at the Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival and the famous Montreal Comedy Festival, releasing the comedy album Everyone You Know Is Going to Die, and Then You Are!, and appearing on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham!" Kasher released the comedy special "Moshe Kasher: Live In Oakland" on Netflix in 2014. The following year, he married fellow comedian Natasha Leggero, and the two embarked on a poplar comedy tour entitled The Honeymoon Tour, which found the pair offering relationship advice to audience members as the final act of each show. Kasher would also collaborate with his wife playing the recurring character of Dr. Harmon Goldberg on Leggero's series "Another Period" (Comedy Central, 2013-). In 2017, Kasher began hosting the late night talk show "Problematic" (Comedy Central, 2017-).
