Paul Campbell is a film and television actor best known for his roles on "Battlestar Galactica" and "Knight Rider." When he was 18, Campbell left school and worked as a carpenter and woodworker for several years before developing an interest in acting. He made his television debut in 2002 with a supporting role on "Stephen King's The Dead Zone," and soon appeared in TV movies and mini-series like "John Doe" and "Battlestar Galatica." In 2004 he reprised his role as the president's personal assistant on "Battlestar Galactica" for two seasons, during which he also appeared in the horror film "Severed" and the romantic comedy "The Long Weekend." Campbell landed a major role on the 2008 update of "Knight Rider," which featured Val Kilmer as the famous car K.I.T.T. The show lasted only one season, and Campbell has since appeared in the SyFy disaster film "Killer Mountain" and in the true-crime TV movie "Bond of Silence."
