Phyllis Morris

A prolific actress, Phyllis Morris made a name for herself in dramatic film. Morris began her career with roles in "Prison Without Bars" (1938) and the drama "The Adventures of Tartu" (1943) with Robert Donat. She went on to act in the Greer Garson comedy "Julia Misbehaves" (1948), "My Own True Love" (1949) with Melvyn Douglas and the Gene Kelly drama "Black Hand" (1950). Later in her career, Morris worked on "Memories Never Die" (CBS, 1982-83). Morris passed away in February 1982 at the age of 89.
