Ryan Destiny

Born in Michigan as Ryan Irons, Ryan Destiny started her career off doing everything from modeling to set decoration. She made her television debut at the age of 12 on the short-lived kids show "The Wannabes" (Starz 2009-2011). After that, she primarily focused on her musical career, first in the pop group Love Dollhouse, and later in her own solo work. Her first break in a more serious dramatic setting was as April Geddes on the Mark Strong-starring drama "Low Winter Sun" (AMC 2013), which was filmed in her hometown of Detroit. Playing the title role in the indie film "A Girl Like Grace" (2015) earned Destiny many accolades following the film's Los Angeles Film Festival debut. Destiny mixed her music and acting backgrounds together in late 2016 when she appeared in the musical drama "Star" (FOX 2016-) as the wealthy socialite Alexandra, who is the daughter of Lenny Kravitz's rock star character.
