Tracy Middendorf

After leaving high school in her senior year to enter a performing arts school in her native Miami, Tracy Middendorf broke into television with a recurring role on the daytime soap opera "Days of Our Lives." Middendorf played the role of Carrie Brady for three years, before leaving the show in 1993 to pursue a career as a supporting actress in both movies and television. She guest-starred on several television shows throughout the 1990s and 2000s, playing a stalker on "Beverly Hills, 90210," a cheating fiancé on "Ally McBeal," and a penniless widow on the acclaimed HBO drama "Six Feet Under." When she's not acting for the screen, Middendorf returns to her first love, the stage. She won an Ovation Award in 1999 for her portrayal of Alma, the unmarried daughter of a minister, in the Fountain Theater's production of Tennessee Williams's "Summer and Smoke." In 2010 Middendorf returned to HBO, guest-starring in four episodes of the Martin Scorsese-produced gangster drama "Boardwalk Empire."
