Just as she's about to embark on a tour, comic Amy Schumer learns she's pregnant with her first child; Amy and her husband, Chris, begin to grow concerned as her second trimester finds her throwing up daily; things take a scary turn.

After checking into the ER, Amy receives a diagnosis that gives her more insight into her hellish pregnancy, but also requires her to reschedule the taping of her special; Amy and Chris notice a concerning pattern of communication issues.
