A common blacksmith's son is kidnapped and selected to become the King of Joseon, but is unable to wed his childhood sweetheart, Gae-ttong, for her lowly status. He turns to Joseon's best matchmakers in request to make her into an eligible lady.

Joseon's top matchmaker Ma Hoon, Han-yang's most popular celebrity Young-soo, and Joseon's most resourceful Do Joon comprises Joseon's top matchmaking agency. Kim Soo, a young blacksmith, asks the matchmakers to accept him as a client.

Episode 2
The flower crew decide to take on Kim Soo as a client, and make preparations for his wedding with Gae-ttong. However, Kim Soo disappears without a trace on his wedding day but Gae-ttong refuses to believe he ran away.

Hoon recruits Gae-ttong as a cadet to the Flower Crew whilst in search for a female matchmaker and Kim Soo, escapes from the palace to find Gae-ttong. Meanwhile, an aristocrat enquires for a bride, but Hoon notices something seems a little strange.

Hoon brings Gae-ttong back home and Gae-ttong promises to persuade the aristocrat to marry the woman he loves within 3 days. Meanwhile, Soo orders the murder of the crown prince to be reinvestigated.

Ma Hoon is kidnapped and brought to the palace to meet the King. The King requests Ma Hoon look after Gae-ttong. Meanwhile, Gae-ttong disguises as a woman of nobility to succeed in wedding the aristocrat to his designated bride.

Episode 6
Ma Hoon is taken aback by the kiss he shared with Gae-ttong, but Gae-ttong remembers nothing. Meanwhile, the aristocrat requests Gae-ttong send a proposal to his bride-to-be's house, but she declines.
