Du Kai Qi (Puff Guo), an independent sous chef passionate about comics and fine dining at Figaro Cuisine, clashes with her new neighbor Fu Zi Jie (Jasper Liu) over petty issues. When Zi Jie joins the restaurant staff, Kai Qi initially dismisses him as a lowly intern, unaware that he is a classically trained chef who has returned from France and whose father owns the restaurant.
