Featuring twelve new participants, from martial arts athletes, curling ships and javelin throwers.

One of the participants must face the challenges alone. Three tough competitions test teamwork and critical decisions are made in the heat of battle.

The participants go through three competitions where the temperature approaches the breaking point.

In the fourth round of Råskap, drama in icy water puts pressure on the self-proclaimed favourites.

Several participants have to fight to stay in the competition. Marte Elverum and Fam Elgan have to bite into the sour apple, and Marte Høie Gjefsen opens up.

The participants will compete alone for the first time, men against men and women against women.
