Teddy and Emily are together; Emily is trying to find a new job as an attorney: a job made almost impossible by her bitter departure from Leijon; Teddy and Isak are trying to start a legitimate company.

Teddy is worried that the new gang in the area is too aggressive, but Isak tells him to calm down so he doesn't put their new business at risk; Teddy confronts Emily about whether she is just using him for her new job.

Emily is shaken after the shooting; Teddy makes sure Emily is ok, but admits he can't protect her; Anina finds the cell phone Chamon hid and realizes it contains evidence that Isak is going behind Teddy's back; Niko panics and tries to run.

Niko is dead; Devin and his gang must pay; to save Borg Mineral, and her new job, Emily must put Isak and Teddy away; Anina entrusts her with Isak's cell phone, solving Emily's problems; she decides to sue her mother.

Teddy wants revenge, but Isak tries to convince him to stand down; Emily is celebrated for making the new deal, but regrets that she failed in her ultimate goal: putting Isak away.

Anina is found dead; Teddy goes after Devin's gang to avenge both Niko and Anina, but ends up learning who the real traitor is; Emily represents herself in court against her mother, who is represented by her former boss at Leijon.
