Filmmaker Eve Ash and former detective Colin McLaren re-examine a murder case after Sue Neill-Fraser is convicted of killing her partner, Bob Chappell.

Colin forensically listens to Sue Neill-Fraser's interviews in search of answers, and Eve discovers a long, dark hair was never tested for DNA.

Colin and Eve learn that Sue couldn't have moved Bob's body by herself, and the hair DNA results come back.

Sue learns that the prosecution's star witness was facing charges at the time of his testimony. Then, a fellow inmate of Sue's has information.

Meaghan doesn't show up for her hotel room meeting with Colin. He discovers the room has been broken into, and Eve is worried they're being targeted.
