Kidnapped

Unaware of his inheritance, young David Balfour is almost sold into slavery by his conniving uncle. Kidnapped and en route to his doom aboard the ship of a scurrilous sea-dog, he survives a shipwreck and joins forces with a Jacobite rebel heading for France.
