The Silent War

In the 1950s, the government of the Republic of China has been newly established. 701 Bureau is the new "CIA" of operations and vigilantly monitors the airwaves for the many coded transmissions between enemy spies. Suddenly the spy network falls silent and Agent 200 (Zhou Xun) is given the task of finding someone with hearing superior enough to find the new signals. She tracks down a blind piano tuner (Tony Leung Chiu Wai), but can he find the signals and foil a possible assassination plot?
